Berkeley Luxury Apartment Amenities

University Park Apartments offers a variety of Berkeley Luxury apartment amenities and community features. Some of our building amenities include:

Roof Deck:  The roof deck features 200 degree views of the Berkeley hills, Oakland Port, Bay Bridge and San Francisco, Golden Gate Bridge, and Mount Talmalpais in Marin County.

Swimming Pool:  Heated during the sunny months.

Secure Bike Storage Room:  Located in the South Garage, the room features a locking door and secure bike racks to lock your bike to.

Package Acceptance:  Whenever possible, management will sign for and deliver packages to your door.

Outgoing mailbox: Each day around noon the mailman delivers mail to individual apartment boxes and picks up the mail that has been placed in the secure outgoing mail box. 

24-hour urgent issue on-call response: There will always be someone to respond to an urgent call. Both the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager live on-site and one of them always has the Urgent/After-Hours cell phone.

Laundry Room: Fully remodeled, including 6 brand new, highly efficient front loading washing machines and 6 new dryers. The cost is $1.50 for the high-efficiency washers and $1.50 for the digital dryers.
